Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy for Septic Design Consultation with Brian McFarlane 1. Consultation Fee: A non-refundable consultation fee is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment with Brian McFarlane. This fee ensures dedicated time and preparation for your personalized septic design consultation. 2. Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours' notice prior to the original appointment time. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the consultation may incur an additional fee. Rescheduling is subject to Brian’s availability. 3. Cancellations: Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the consultation fee. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled time to allow for potential rebooking. 4. Late Arrivals: Please be on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened consultation to accommodate Brian’s schedule, without a refund or adjustment to the consultation fee. 5. No-Show Policy: If a client does not show up for the scheduled consultation without prior notice, the consultation fee will be forfeited, and rebooking will require a new fee. 6. Weather and Site Conditions: In the event of severe weather or site conditions that may impact safety or the quality of the consultation, McFarlane Construction reserves the right to reschedule the appointment. We will work with you to find the next available time that suits both parties. 7. Priority Booking: Returning clients or those booking multiple services may be eligible for priority scheduling based on availability. Please mention any ongoing or future projects when booking to receive priority consideration. This booking policy is designed to respect both Brian McFarlane’s time and commitment to delivering quality, personalized service for each consultation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
